Great map for visiting Sedona. Has all the sights clearly marked, trails, vortexes, main shopping areas. Recently used it on a trip to Sedona; didn't bother with the AAA map that I picked up - too big. This map was easy to fold and the right size for travel. It's a good map to get ideas on where landmarks are located in relation to where you are staying. I used it with my Garmin navigator to guide me to exact locations. The Sedona sights are densely located in two areas, so this map was very helpful to plan my days.
Won't be actually using it for a couple of months yet, but looks as though it will be what the doctor ordered. Can't give a five star yet since I haven't put it to use. Was a lot less than what I expected and is more than a glorified travel map with tips. The size and quality of the paper it is on makes it a handy take along map however. I would recommend it but keep in mind it's a fold out map not a booklet.
Was great for our recent trip to the area. Sometimes Cell coverage changes and getting a map/GPS could be fun, but a good old fashioned map won't let you down. Don't miss a Jeep or ATV off road trip, it was fun. if you can find a trail map before you go, there are some minimum maintenance roads even a car can take to get out in the Coconino National Forest. Wish we had investigated that more, but now we have something to go back and do.
I took this map on my trip to sedona and it was excellent. It had most of the major hikes on it with descriptions and locations. Even had where the vortex's were in the area. It was so much easier hiking with this than a big cumbersome book
Worked out great for our trip...especially for hike difficulty levels.
Just returned from a week in Sedona and this was very helpful in getting around. This was my third trip to Sedona but only the first renting a car. This map gave me a good overview of where I was, what I wanted to see, how close places were, etc.
